Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY METHOD AND DELIVERY DATES
- Shipment will be made using a carrier designated by the seller
- After the agreement has been concluded the seller will send the products as quickly as possible to the address as indicated by the buyer, provided that the seller has received the full purchase price.
- The seller will make the delivery in best effort. Insofar the seller is dependent on the work and services provided by third parties and information provided by the third parties.
- The risk with respect to any damage to or loss of the products will be transferred to the buyer as from the time at which the products are delivered.
RIGHT TO RETURN
- The buyer will be entitled to return the product that has been delivered, on cost of buyer, and within a term of 14 days after the product has been received. The product must not been worn, is undamaged and is in the original condition and undamaged packing. The buyer will not be permitted to exchange the product for another product. If the buyer wishes to purchase another product, he or she will have to place a new order on the website.
- In the case referred to in the preceding section, the seller will refund the purchase price as quickly as possible after receiving of the returned product(s).
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Next contact your bank or Credit Card Company. It may take some time before refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Buyer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
